You want to design, implement, and oversee high-performing, secure, and scalable systems—both on-premises and in the cloud, so you can ensure business continuity, support global operations, and drive strategic IT excellence. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment—balancing hands-on technical leadership with vendor management and strategic planning. You’ll lead a team that supports essential platforms like ERP, POS, ECOM, and CRM, while ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest standards of availability, performance, and security. IT Supervisor, Taiwan Your responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a high-performing infrastructure team. • Own and optimize core services: servers, storage, networking, backup, and monitoring. • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure architectures. • Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery. • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to enforce security and compliance. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA performance. • Support critical business applications and ensure smooth operations. • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. • Be the go-to person for infrastructure escalations and strategic improvements. Your ideal Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role. • Solid hands-on knowledge of networking, MS Windows admin., and virtualization. • Familiarity with ITIL framework, change management, and incident handling best practices. • Proven experience in POS, ECOM, CRM, and digital solution • Knowledge in IT integration technologies, such as API, FTP etc. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills. • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal).
