我們正在尋找一位具備技術背景的專案管理人才，負責公司內部產品資料整合平台的規劃與推動。 Job Summary: The Project Management Lead is responsible for applying program management methodologies to deliver a comprehensive data repository application. This role involves engaging with application users and collaborating with the development team to plan, define, execute, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer satisfaction and business needs. The position requires a hands-on approach, solid technical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective independent and collaborative work. Responsibilities: -Engage with users to understand their requests and pain points. -Manage the product backlog effectively. -Submit Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and bugs on TFS with detailed information for the development team. -Facilitate issue review meetings to address outstanding issues and drive resolutions. -Act as a liaison between user expectations and development feasibility. -Collaborate with customers and the development team to gather and define requirements. -Analyze customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to meet their needs. Mandatory Skills: -Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering quality products. -Proven ability to build great user experiences and work closely with engineering teams. -Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities. -Deep customer empathy with the ability to identify and address customer needs. -Exceptional communication skills for effective interpersonal and cross-group collaboration. -Technical proficiency in software engineering and familiarity with Microsoft development technologies.
