【品質系統與流程建立】 1. 新產品先期品質規劃，APQP 品質過程執行及 PPAP 文件對應 2. 熟悉管制計劃及設備 MSA 量測系統分析及製程能力分析 SPC 3. 熟悉 QC 七大手法及 8D Report 工具應用 4. 制訂新產品檢驗標準、產品驗證作業 5. 課內品質記錄統計、分析和審核 6. 熟悉 IATF 稽核要求 【Quality System and Process Setup】 (APQP / PPAP / Statistical Tools) 1. Develop new product quality plans, adhere to APQP standards, and compile PPAP documentation. 2. Knowledgeable in Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC). 3. Expertise in QC 7 Tools and 8D report. 4. Establish new product inspection standards and test plans. 5. Conduct quality record collection, analysis, and team review. 6. Familiarity with IATF audit requirements and procedures. 【實驗室管理與設備維護】 1. 實驗室 Layout 規劃、運營管理、設備的購買、維護、保養 2. 需能獨立操作廠內各測試用設備 3. 試驗標準的解讀和試驗設備的操作、維護及異常處理 4. 熟悉電子電路的相關原理與技術標準及儀校基礎知識 【Laboratory and Equipment Management】 1. Oversee laboratory layout planning, daily operations, new equipment procurement, and routine equipment maintenance and servicing. 2. Ability to operate all factory testing equipment independently. 3. Interpret test standards, and perform operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of testing equipment. 4. Possess knowledge of basic electronic circuit principles, technical regulations, and calibration standards. 【認證與試驗管理】 1. 新產品競標的測試報價資料準備、審查與對應 2. 強制性認證辦理： (1) EMC 委外試驗申請及測試報告審核 (2) E-MARK 申請及認證 (3) NCC 認證業務統籌 (4) 熟悉各車廠試驗規範 【Certification and Test Management】(EMC / E-MARK / NCC) 1. Prepare and review testing cost estimates for new product tenders. 2. Manage mandatory certifications: EMC, E-MARK, and NCC compliance. Also maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive testing requirements. 【供應商品質管理與稽核】 1. 熟悉各類型材料供應商評估及品質稽核作業 2. 推動供應商持續改善 【Supplier Quality and Audit】 1. Conduct supplier quality audits and evaluations for various material types. 2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers. 【部門與人員管理，及其他】 1. 品質工程師工作執行之指導和考核 2. 人員教育訓練規劃 3. 良好的溝通能力、會議協調能力、任務執行力，並有獨立解決問題的能力 4. 主管交辦相關事項 【Team Members Lead & Other Work】 1. Lead and mentor Quality Engineers, and evaluate their performance. 2. Develop and execute training programs for the team. 3. Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills, ensuring task follow-through, and problem-solve independently. 4. Perform other duties as assigned by management. 【英語能力】 ※ 本職缺需出差印度，應具備流利英語能力，將先進行線上英語聽讀及口說測驗 ※ This position requires business travel to India and the candidate must possess fluent English skills. An online English listening, reading, and speaking test will be conducted first.
