-Be well-understood in Reservation operations
-Provide the assistance for team members to develop and evaluate sales calls and provide efficient training programs to associate for smooth working.
-Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, assign duties and expedite workflow for reservation teammates.
-Learn and resolve complaints proactively.
-Prepare monthly roster and administrative documents and retrieve all monthly analysis reports.
-Work closely with Revenue Manager and to track all OTAs, e-booking channels of other hotels rate and status trend for the analysis purpose, so as to monitor of strategy in right time and right place; maximize the booking status for up selling.
- 熟悉訂房組部門運作及流程。
- 協助團隊開發和評估電話流程,並為員工提供有效的培訓計劃以確保工作順利進行。
- 確定工作流程,計畫工作安排,分配職責並加快團隊的工作流程。
- 積極傾聽和解決投訴。
- 準備每月班表和行政文件並檢索所有月度分析報告。
- 緊密與營收管理經理合作,追蹤所有線上平台預訂渠道的其他酒店房價和狀態趨勢,以供分析之用,以便在正確的時間和正確的地點監控策略; 最大化向上銷售的預訂狀態。
