*Prepare quotation by studying /reading home plans; updating specifications; identifying and understanding the customer requirement. Evaluates take off compared to purchase order to identify any differences. Action accordingly.

*Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

*Maintains professional and technical knowledge with regards to the Australian Building code. Research and maintain technological excellence in their work environment.

*Build strong relationships with other department within A&L, including sales, marketing, business development, accounting and manager.

*Double-check all critical work deliverables to minimize mistakes.

QUALIFICATION/職務技能需求
-Abilities to communicate and writing/reading in the English.

-Good team work, communication and presentation skills.
