  • This position is to be based in Makati City – The Company is an International, fast paced, progressive & forward thinking operation that is very active in the Asia and UK markets.  

     

    Responsibilities:  

    - Gives input and helps in reviewing the Training Policy and assist with the communication with employees once there are updates / changes on the Training Policy.  

     

    - Helps in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) with respective department and in consolidating and analyzing Total Company Training Plans (TCP)  

     

    - In order to have a framework and guidelines on how Training Department works from end to end. This will give a clear picture on the employees on how Training Team contributes and can help them.  

     

    - Draft the concept of the content, get inputs from the Training Manager with regard to content of the module, finalize the slides and the flow of the training, delivery of internal trainings to participants. Initiate the Training Survey to see the feedback from the participants.  

     

    - For Compliance E-Learnings assessments, the Training Specialists, assists in arranging the log-ins, scheduling, and communication of the compliance E-Learnings to all employees; assists employees if they are encountering some problems or errors when taking the said assessment.  

    - Assists the Training Manager in compiling the names of those who completes the assessment to ensure to communicate the right numbers and names to the Training Managers.  

     

    - Ensure training programs are executed and evaluated in relation to service and organizational objectives and the benefits clearly identified.  

     

    - Gives input in terms of the concept of the course topics, assist the facilitator with any needed help. Observe and takes note on the manner delivery of training by the Training Vendor‘s facilitator  

     

    - Ensure training programs are executed and evaluated in relation to service and organizational objectives and the benefits clearly identified.  

     

    - Assist in checking and getting training venue to see if ample to support all expected participants including materials needed to seek help from HRES in purchasing.  

     

    - Helps in coordination with vendor if there‘s a need for gatepass with regard to their materials. Helps with the food, snacks, and meal of facilitator and attendees.  

     

    - Ensure that the training (internal/external) is executed and organized very well.  

    - Able to conduct stand up trainings as well as e-training.  

    - Coordinate with recruitment on on-boarding matters for new comers.  

     

    Requirements:  

    - Bachelor Degree in any field  

    - At least 2 years experience in conducting stand-up trainings, developing training materials with conducting training needs analysis.  

    - Excellent English/ Mandarin speaking and writing skills  

    - Excellent verbal and communications skills  

    - Experience in handling multi-cultural group is a plus  

    - Experience in adult education, coaching and training  

    - Certified trainer is a plus  

    - Team player and able to work independently  

    - Able to handle stress and is a fast learner
