Solution Business Consultant _ CTO Office (Taipei)

Job Brief: 

We are looking for a qualified in-house Solution Business Consultant to lead team in solution business projects with external partners as well as to design internal management mechanism/process to support Delta’s business growth and transformation. 

A successful solution business consultant has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and operations. The ideal candidate should have decent knowledge in manufacturing industry, project/program management, and desire in business consulting and problem-solving skills to perform diagnostic analysis, issue solving, business/operational process re-engineering, and transformation management. 

Responsibilities of Business Process Management Consultant: 

 Explore both internal and external clients’ requirements and perform initial assessments of problematic situations 

 Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes 

 Serve as the solution development and delivery project manager to lead internal collaborations to meet stakeholder’s expectations. 

 Design and implement management mechanism/process and resolve any occasional discrepancies for newly established organization within Delta 

 Redesign legacy process with recommendations and solutions which attend to organization’s business goals, capabilities and limitations 

 Perform change and project management to mitigate the risks along the transformation 

 Serve as the trainer to lead training sessions regarding solution business consulting and project management.
