1. Responsible for cultivating potential customers in global markets, including both acquiring new clients and maintaining existing ones, with the aim of expanding the company‘s business. 2. Provide administrative support to our sales and post-sales team (e.g. offer, order, shipment processing, follow-up and relevant reports). 3. Work closely with the US sales team: forecast updates, quotation preparation, product recommendations, delivery arrangements, billing, etc. 4. Communicate between customers & factory via phone/e-mail. 5. Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a fast, efficient, effective, and customer-oriented manner. 6. Participate in sales meetings, such as company group meetings, seminars, trade shows, and conferences for both internal/external growth. 7. Participate in special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
