• Write a variety of different content to support communications and marketing efforts, including website copy, social media, brochures and press releases • Assist in developing and implementing a marketing communication strategy designed to further company objectives • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI • Develop projects to create content • Monitor analytics and create marketing communication reports • Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to marketing communications strategies and practices • Respond to media / KOL inquiries and maintain relationships • Plan promotional events to help keep the organization top of mind • Coordinate volunteers, support staff, vendors and more to support promotional events • Perform outreach to press outlets, magazines, influencers and build strategic partnerships to grow brand notoriety • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests •Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels Qualifications • 2 years’ experience •Proven ability to create and execute marketing campaigns •Familiarity with social media platforms (IG, Facebook etc.) •Creativity in developing content of all forms. •Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. •Working knowledge of photo and video-editing software • Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines • Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team •Stay current in marketing communication trends and news •BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
