(1) Chrome OS/Coreboot/BSP/kernel 仁寶窗口: 除了與 Google 和 SOC 合作, 也會與仁寶內部 project team 合作 (skill set : 溝通談判與組織運作) (2) Issue management 與人員 resource 調配: 如何在 issue 解決與人員 resource 安排取得平衡 (skill set : resource 掌控與管理) (3) 會議 con-call : 將會與 Google 和 SOC (Intel or AMD) regular con-call ( PM 和 Leader 重要的 skill) (4) Project schedule 掌握 : 需要 review SW schedule, 與 PM 協調工廠 schedule (skill set : schedule 管理) (5) Project 風險評估: 需要對軟體 schedule 與 issue 做風險評估 (為 leader 重要的 skill)
