工作內容
1. Provide the focal point for advice and technical expertise in financial management, including the development of policies and procedures.
2. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices.
3. Manage the budgeting processes to monitor, control, approve and evaluate costs, revenues and cash flows.
4. Create reports and variance analyses.
5. Continuously improving financial processes and identifying and enhancing efficiencies in processes.
6. Ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including coordinating audits and acting as primary contact for auditors and advisors.
7. Maintain key relationships with banks, auditors and other third parties.
8. Establish key performance indicators and monitor ongoing performance.
9. Develop policies, standards and guidelines in respect of accounting procedures concepts and methodologies.
10. Provide leadership and management to the business unit, within the scope of the position‘s responsibilities.
11. Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray our group in a positive manner.
