工作內容
1. Responsible to conduct Surveillance for Insurance and Investments products as per RDIP Policy and Insurance Policies
2. Responsible to review the rationale and correct disposition of alerts triggered by exceptions reports and ensure:- Correct disposition of alert triggers based on investigation results
3. Documentation of exception findings, tracking of corrective actions and its completion at individual alert level and at review level
4. Conclusions are well written and supported by research and analyses
5. Targets / Turnaround Time achieved in a timely manner
6. Provide feedback and corrective actions
7. Continuously seek process improvement to enhance efficiency of the surveillance monitoring process, and to address process/compliance gaps
8. Assist team leader and department head on IISS related project and policy implementation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Consumer Banking industry i.e. Investment and Insurance products
3. Excellent judgment and assessment and communication skills
4. Strong MIS and excellent skills in Microsoft Office
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Proactively identifies and escalate issues and effective corrective action plans
7. Analytical and meticulous towards work
8. Team player
9. Fluently English in oral / written/ presentation
