  • Key Requirements 

    + At least 3-5 years’ experience in a HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR project management or program implementation is a huge plus. 

    + Strong PPT and Excel skills, fluent in English reading, writing and Oral. 

    + Applied knowledge of Taiwan Labor Laws.  

    + Flexibility to make quick, methodical and strategic thinking, creative and open minded.

    12. Administrative responsibilities  

     

    Responsibilities 

    1. Adaptability and Capability to learn the business of Akacia. Knowing our business cultures and in partnership with team leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams that ensure our success for the long term. 

    2. Work with business line managers to develop effective organizational structures and on specific job design and leveling to drive organizational health and growth. 

    3. Be an adviser to guide all levels of management to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills. 

    4. Consult and advise on succession planning, talent reviews and driving the annual planning cycle. 

    5. Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through. 

    6. Coordinate with business line managers to ensure optimization of performance management and rewards systems to support optimal individual and team performance. 

    7. Driving the annual HR planning and budgeting cycle. 

    8. Propose and execute the company activities including team building, Employee welfare activities etc. 

    9. Employer image and culture enhancement. 

     

    Annual Salary NTD 1120000~1400000
