    YOUR ROLE 

     

    In this role, you will direct a massive customer service team via dedicated Section Heads and have full responsibility over the forwarding sub-ledger. You will also drive continuous improvement and business development in order to grow the team. 

     

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

     

    •To provide leadership and direction to the Customer Care Location organization 

    •To take ownership and ensure the implementation of a Customer Care strategy in location 

    •To ensure close cooperation with Branch management as well as operations Seafreight manager for optimized customer experience 

    •To actively manage interfaces and information / knowledge exchange between the CCL and OCC teams 

    •To focus on the continuous improvement of processes and controls, aiming for consistent customer centricity 

    •To focus on customer retention engagement of the allocated customer portfolio 

    •To visit customers and build up and maintain a direct relationship for retention and development 

    •To focus on customer satisfaction through achieving the highest level of service quality 

    •To ensure service excellence through ensuring the CCL team has a high level of forwarding and market knowledge

    1. Degree Requirement: BA degree with International national business major will be preferred but no limited. 

    2. Language Requirement: English in advanced level. 

    3. Related Experience / Requirements: 

    • To be considered, you must have at least 5 years of experience in leading a customer service team. Ideally, you are familiar with ocean freight, and demonstrate keen problem solving skills. Candidates who are proficient in both English and Mandarin will have a distinct advantage.
