工作內容
1. Familiar with new product development and structural design process of injection molding products in 3C industry, capable of structural analysis;
2. Responsible for client ID, structural design, optimization, 3D to 2D, etc.;
3. Responsible for the product development, size analysis and process analysis of plastic parts;
4. Responsible for mold opening test and DFM review;
5. Responsible for the process development of injection molding parts (injection molding/radium carving/painting/assembly/printing /CNC/ assembly, etc.);
6. Directly contact with customers and discuss technical parameters of injection parts;
7. Knowledge of plastic mold, injection molding and FATP process is preferred.
1、熟悉3C行業塑膠件新產品開發、機構設計流程，具有結構分析能力；
2、負責承接客戶ID，機構設計、優化，3D轉2D等；
3、負責塑膠件產品開發、尺寸分析、製程分析；
4、負責模具開模試模檢討， DFM檢討；
5、負責塑膠件製程開發(注塑成型/鐳雕/噴漆/組裝/印刷/CNC/組裝等)；
6、直接對接客戶，討論注塑件產品技術參數等；
7、懂得塑膠模具、注塑成型、FATP特性者優先

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, material, electronics or related fields;
2. More than 7 years‘ experience in PD, structural engineer, mechanical engineer and product design in 3C industry;
3. Fluent written English, common oral English, fluent oral English is preferred;
4. Familiar with injection molding process, familiar with mold/molding /CNC/ assembly, familiar with product design;
5. Familiar with 3D/2D drawing, Proe/croe/UG is preferred;
6. Experienced in project management and project management, with experiences of service customer directly.
1、大學以上學歷，機械、材料、電子或相關專業；
2、7年以上3C行業PD、結構分析、機構工程師、產品設計工作經驗；
3、英語讀寫無礙，口語可簡單日常交流，口語流利者優先考慮；
4、熟悉塑膠件工程，了模具/成型/CNC/組裝流程，懂產品設計；
5、熟悉3D畫圖，Proe/croe/UG優先；
6、有專案管理經驗，有直接對接客戶經驗優先。
