WorldVeg is seeking an experienced, dependable, and responsible individual to look after the security duties of the Center at its Headquarters in Taiwan. This is a nationally recruited position and open for Taiwan nationals only. 

工作目的: 

 在緊急事件中採取即時與適當的反應(譬如:通報,阻止,連絡相關單位) 

 保護中心人員及財產之保全 

特殊責任範圍: 

 保護中心公共事務,財產,個人及住戶避免危險,損害和損失 

 管制及記錄車輛及外部訪客的進出 

 訪客不當行為的通報 

 所有備份鑰匙的保管及借用記錄 

 瞭解緊急通報電話號碼如警察局,消防隊以應付緊急事件 

 熟悉電話總機業務,如總機人員不在可協助工作 

 熟悉滅火程序及定期檢驗中心的火警警報系統 

工作內容： 

• 保障中心設施、財產、人員、住宅安全，使其免於遭受竊盜、入侵、破壞及毀損 

• 控管並登記所有進出園區之車輛、物資及人員 

• 查驗訪客身份並知會相關人員 

• 園區內的巡邏，包括農場 

• 妥善保管中心所有建築物的鑰匙，並記錄出借與歸還 

• 緊急情況發生時，與當地警察單位及緊急應變中心保持聯繫，並採取快速及恰當的應變措施，如急救、心肺復甦術、滅火等 

• 熟練消防的步驟及預防措施，並定期檢查中心消防器材及設備 

• 支援中心電話總機工作 

• 完成主管指派的其他業務 

應徵資格： 

 學歷:高中職以上(含)畢業 

 基本英文溝通能力

Job Objectives: 

 Take prompt and proper action in case of emergency; 

 Secure Center’s property and premises. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Protect the Center’s facilities, property, personnel, and residences from risks like theft, trespass, damage, and loss; 

• Control and record all inbound/outbound movement of vehicles, goods, and people; 

• Receive visitors, check with concerned staff, on authorization record and permit; 

• Conduct regular patrols in the campus, record and report any unusual observation; 

• Maintain the keys for all buildings, storing and recording properly the transactions of using the keys by security personnel and other staff members; 

• Be familiar with the telephone numbers of emergency services like police, immigration, fire department, ambulance, etc., and internal contacts to contact in case of emergencies;  

• Be fully familiar with emergency procedures like First aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), Fire control, animal control (snake, Bee nests); 

• Operate Center’s telephone switchboard, whenever the operator is not available; 

• Familiarize with all procedures and precautions against fire and periodically inspect the Center’s fire control facilities for efficient operations. 

Qualifications 

• High school graduation;  

• Basic English competency to speak, read and write; 

• Previous experience in security or emergency services will be an advantage.
