1. Sales strategy:
▪ Establish new channel business models and e-Commerce strategy to enhance volume growth
▪ Generate car dealer sales strategy and ensure implementation
▪ Establish well balanced commercial policy, as well as strategy for monthly promotions for all new sales channels with joint efforts of Sales, Pricing & Finance
2. Car Dealer Development & Sales
▪ Manage existing car dealer business
▪ Coordinate, Communicate, follow up of CD shops/service center visits done by Sales Reps.
▪ Arrange and execute Training at service outlet and headquarter after service dep.
▪ Approach new car dealer and develop cooperation plan by evaluating feasibility
▪ Establish promotion plan for car dealers by coordinating with other departments
▪ Prepare tenders for new businesses
▪ Achieve the sales volume target
▪ React to the market competition and customer needs
▪ Manage the compliance and ensure that legal requirements are fulfilled
3. E-commerce Channel Development
▪ Develop and manage e-Commerce channels; define business model; implement necessary solutions
▪ Improve retail shop performance within e-Commerce channel (O2O)
▪ Get overall knowledge of E-business channel development, keep informed about industrial trends
4. New Channel Development & Sales
▪ Create business through new channels, e.g. gasoline station, e-Commerce
▪ Define business models for the new channels & coordinate sales through these channels with other departments
▪ Simulate the volume FC base on new channel business plan
▪ Regular monthly and milestone reporting, following the defined timing, content, quality requirements.
▪ Follow company standard reporting requirement to provide inputs on time with good quality
▪ Work with APAC Car Dealer Manager and to leverage other markets‘ practice or connection for local business growth
6. Budget control
▪ Manage annual communication budget for new channels and car dealer
▪ Control and evaluate promotion value and effectiveness.
7.Other ad hoc projects

1. Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree
2. At least 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing. 1 year of experience in e-Commerce business
3. Good command of spoken and written English is required.
4. Work experience in automotive industry or corresponding to car dealers is a plus.
5. Experience in organizing large projects and budget control is a plus.
6. Leading people experience is a plus.
7. Work experience in MNC is a plus. Experience with cross-functional international teams is a plus.
8. Willing to travel and rotate within Taiwan.
