工作內容

【Major Responsibilities】 

1.Leads the TE team and assists in achieving organizational goals in WMX.(Wistron Mexico) 

2.Leads the trial production of new products, prepares and controls the situation before / during / after trial production. 

3.Coordinates with other departments to solve the problems in trial production timely and effectively, makes sure that the quality of new products can meet the customer‘s requirements and moves on the mass production smoothly. 

4.Communicates with customers about their demands and feedback on the quality issues of trial production. 

5.Performs other related duties as assigned. 

 

【People Management】 

1.Ensure the delivery of the People Strategy within area of accountability. 

2.Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing holiday allowances, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximize efficient productivity. 

3.Motivate and coach the team to operational success. 

4.Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems. 

5.Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them. 

6.Review, implement and update company records e.g. training matrices, performance reviews, risk assessments. 

7.Lead the team in new product and process introduction. 

8.Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports. 

9.Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware 

10.Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required. 

11.Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. 

12.Provide technical expertise to the team. 

13.High drive towards teamwork behavior, ability to negotiate and reach agreements with all different WMX departments.

附加條件:

【Education and Experiences】 

1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering or relevant major. 

2.10 years plus TE experiences, both FA and SMT, including at least 5 years of managerial role. 

 

【Skills and Attributes】 

1.Fluent English communication is must, Spanish skill is preferred. 

2.Familiar with computer-related electronic products 

3.Familiar with writing and maintenance of test programs, both FA and SMT areas 

4.Understanding manufacturing processes, both FA and SMT areas 

5.Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information 

6.Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment. 

7.Planning and prioritizing activities 

8.Good communication and interpersonal skills 

9.Ability to present data effectively. 

10.Problem-solving skills 

11.Understanding of Health and Safety practices
