Join PTOT, the welfare is shown as below! ]*** 凡符合條件，到任後享有下列獎金： The eligible applicants will get the following bonuses after arrival： ● 到任獎金(任職滿一個月 2,000元) Inauguration bonus (NT$ 2,000 for one month full-time) ● 留任獎金(任職滿三個月 3,000元；滿六個月 6,000元) Retention bonus (NT$ 3,000 for three months; NT$ 6,000 for six months) ● 夜班自我介紹獎金(試用考核通過5,000元) Self-introduction bonus for night shift (NT$ 5,000 for passing the probation period) ● 久任獎金(任職滿一年後，每季3,000元) Long-term bonus (employed in PTOT after one year, NT$ 3,000 per season) 【上班時間】Working Shifts - 依開放職缺 ● 12H 做二休二制 (固定班) 12H, 2 days on/2 days-off (Fixed shift) →日班：08:00~20:00 / 夜班：20:00~08:00 Day shift: 08:00~20:00 / Night shift: 20:00~08:00 【班別津貼另計】Shift bonus is extra ●12H 做二休二制 12H, 2 days on/2 days-off (Fixed shift) →日班：80元/日、夜班：480元/日 Day shift: NT$ 80/day, night shift: NT$ 480/day 1. 以正職錄用(非短期約聘)，依部門工作性質敘薪 Hired by full-time job (not short-term contract), pay according to the nature of work in various department. 2. 工作內容：一般生產線製造、品質檢驗、包裝出貨、操作機台等 Job content: General production line manufacturing, quality inspection, packing and shipping, machine operating, etc. 3. 久站、全套無塵服工作環境 Working environment: Long standing, a full set of cleanroom suit. 4. 鼓勵員工加班增加收入 Encourage employees to work overtime to increase income. 5. 提供各項優渥獎金 Offers a variety of great bonuses. 6. 提供團膳及加班誤餐費 Company meals and overtime meals provided. 7. 免費汽/機車停車位 Free car/locomotive parking lot. ※來廠面試： 請先投遞履歷及來電預約〝
