1.Manage FG operation, including MTB FG, TKH (Taiwan Kitting Hub) and TFG (Taiwan Finished Goods). TFG is an outsourced warehouse operation in the Taichung FTZ to achieve the company’s goals in direct distribution to customers.
2.Participate in area prioritization meetings for request rankings monitor forecast and output requests to fulfill business unit expectations.
3.Monitor forecasts to ensure that proper staffing levels, equipment, and materials are available.
4.Manage the outsourced operation to meet Micron policies, procedures and standard practices, as well as comply to local regulatory and compliance requirements.
5.Resolve day to day issues to ensure the operations run smoothly to meet goals while meeting safety and security requirements.
6.Lead FG/TKH/TFG team to pass audit, including internal and external. And set target for CIP (continuous improvement process).
7.Provide report to manager and help him/her to set strategic plan. And provide feedback to team member on performance and counsel on career development.
8.Lead FG/TKH/TFG team to set department/personal goals. Document and resolve performance issues. Lead team members to demonstrate Micron’s value.
9.Checks and ensures that the outsourced vendor operates within a targeted budget and be responsible for checking the actual spend incurred
10.Participate and lead in cost reduction, cycle time, quality projects with other functional groups as set by Micron’s management from time to time.
11.Work with cross functional groups Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, 3rd Party logistics to achieve quarter end shipment targets.
12.More than 10 years experiences in Finished Goods distribution function. Semiconduction experience is a plus.
13.More than 5 years experiences in manager’s role. Manage a big operation team is a plus.
14.Good English skill in meeting, presentation and report.
15.Good project management and communication skill.
16.Result driven and can take big pressure.
17.Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, keen learner.
18.Build up a strong and cohesive team.
