• Perform & complete FAT, SAT, IQOQ, PM, Repair works according to protocols. 

• Provide equipment operational training to customer. 

• Able to troubleshoot Automation related issues, good understanding of 

manufacturing control network (example, Delta V Control Network, MODBUS & etc) 

• Understand workflow & procedures on spare part management, ensuring 

instrument are well maintained & calibrated. • Provide support to quotation request. 

• Understand and suggest areas of improvement on Field Service Workflow. 

• Provide technical support to Technical Service Group on equipment quality issues. 

• Understand cGMP concept. 

• Provide feedback on tools & spare parts inventory base on local install base. 

• Provide feedback on modification of Service protocols. 

• Require travelling in South East Asia regions when necessary.
