Summary:
Performance tuning, design, develop, power on, debug and support UEFI firmware for next generation computers. Work closely with team members and other engineering teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for BIOS development of products and platforms.
2. Co-operate closely with H/W, validating teams.
3. Debug hardware and firmware issues
4. Develop original code and solutions for customization and value-add features.
5. Performance tuning for products and platforms.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years in a UEFI firmware development position.
2. BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in C/C++.
4. Strong debugging skills.
5. Must work well both with a team and independently.
