Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the customer services team
- Supervise customer services allocation to customers in cooperation with sales
- Supervise that the project status is correctly and timely updated in the system in order to have accurate actionable backlog
- Set KPIs and track the KPIs in a weekly and/or monthly manner for project management
- Set up the weekly and/or monthly reporting to share with management
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations and ensure all projects are well processed
- Monitor the team to make sure customer needs are understood and satisfied
- Forecast the in-month revenue and cooperate with BC for billing
- Internal communicate with different departments, handle the sales issues and client complaints
- Define the internal process to manage the request for change from the customers
- Improve the efficiency of process
- Define training plan for the customer services team
- Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
- Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication skills & coordination abilities
- Good orientation in customer satisfaction
- Good knowledge of operation of EAW Taiwan
- A good command of English in writing and speaking
- Good team player and able to work under the pressure
- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel
