•Foster the relationships with key customer counter parts and decision makers.
•Retrieve market information and conduct competitive analysis.
•Manage day-to-day commercial and supply related tasks from factory or customers.
•Handle projects from RFQ stage through mass production, and work with customer/factory to address obsolete material.
•Facilitate cross functional teams to devise and execute account strategies and plans.
•Review and scrub quotations before release to customers.
•Negotiate contracts, such as master agreements, SOW, and settlement with customers.
•Monitor MPS, CTB (clear-to-build) and supply plan reports and escalate and coordinate support when there are drastic MPS fluctuations, material shortage, or supply de-commit.
•Prepare annual sales plan and achieve the set goals
• Able to travel internationally 10~20%
