As a leading innovator in medical home care devices and telehealth systems, we are in the process of expanding our brand in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America with the goal of becoming a leading brand of multiparameter tests in these regions. We are seeking an ambitious, strategic individual with innovative ideas to join our team as an International Marketing Specialist and contribute to our marketing initiatives.
⦾Your Team:
Our sales, marketing, and support team is comprised of employees from various nationalities, primarily based in Taiwan and Germany. You will also collaborate closely with our local distributors in the EMEA and Latin America regions. As a team member, you will be warmly welcomed and encouraged to contribute your creative ideas. Given that we are in the early stages of brand-building in these areas, you will have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas and witness their impact alongside your team members. We highly encourage members who are interested in integrating AI into their projects.
⦾Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Communication Strategy: Define product positioning and develop tailored communication briefs.
- Regional Collaboration and Cultural Awareness: Work effectively with local distributors, understand their unique needs, and adjust global strategies accordingly. This role requires cross-cultural awareness and the ability to work efficiently within diverse international settings.
- Creation and Timely Delivery of Marketing Materials: Ensure the development of compelling marketing materials that are brand-consistent and support sales efforts.
- Project Management and Improvement of Processes: Exhibit proficiency in managing projects to meet strict timelines and remain within budget constraints.
- Insightful Market Research and Analytics: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights specific to the EMEA region. This includes assessing website activity, monitoring the effectiveness of email campaigns, and formulating recommendations for improvements.
