Human Resources Manager
Working alongside the Field District Manager and specific support functions, act as an HR Business Partner to be accountable for the creation and implementation of a commercial HR strategy at a Regional level. The key focus is to lead and support the development of people capability within Taiwan. Ensure KPIs are achieved through delivery of resourcing, training and development and a policy framework within which all employees operate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
