Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial analysis and related information for management decisions
• Budget & Planning – Work with commercial teams to prepare annual budget and monthly rolling forecast
• Business Partnering with commercial team on NPD launches, ROI analysis
• Business support role to Sales team with customer level analysis, by brands/sku‘s/channels.
• Initiate operational efficiencies and monitor SG&A
• Conduct Capital Project Assessments for new shop opening projects to justify investments
• Conduct feasibility studies for any potential business opportunities
• Work closely with various functions on ad hoc assignments in improving the overall financial efficiency for the organization
• Drive cost saving or “Can-Do” projects with cross functional team
Required Skills/Experiences:
• Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 3 years‘ working experience in financial analysis at sizeable organizations, experience in FMCG, F&B is a plus
• Good analytical skills and attention to details
• PC proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
