- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Conduct pre-qualifying phone screens on candidates and targeted warm calls utilizing selling techniques to generate interest in our opportunities
- Responsible for sourcing highly qualified talent needs using a variety of sourcing channels like job boards, Social media, referrals
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide HR on-site services and support related projects

＋ At least 3-5 years’ experience in a HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR project management or program implementation is a huge plus.
＋ Strong PPT and Excel skills, fluent in English reading, writing and Oral.
＋ Applied knowledge of Taiwan Labor Laws.

4. Consult and advise on succession planning, talent reviews and driving the annual planning cycle.
5. Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through.
6. Coordinate with business line managers to ensure optimization of performance management and rewards systems to support optimal individual and team performance.
7. Driving the annual HR planning and budgeting cycle.
