      Performs dedicated service to all company‘s customers at a high-quality level. Functions as an EDI liaison between sales managers, sales representatives, customers, and this organization under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. 

       

      Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. 

      Experience in Data Analysis, EDI (Electronic Data Interface). 

       

      * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team 

      * Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

      * Proactive thinking, problem solving under pressure, suggesting changes to improve processes and productivity 

      * Ability to prioritize and work multiple tasks during periods of high activity 

      * Understanding of EDI (operational, trouble shooting, document mapping) 

      * ERP systems (SAP, LX BPCS, other) 

      * API experience preferred 

      * Excellent Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel 

       

      * Manages the timely processing of inbound data into Management System 

      * Confirms outbound EDI is created and delivered successfully 

      * Works with trading partners, and outside contractor to identify and resolve data issues and implements corrective actions 

      * Reviews rejected documents to determine cause and implements corrective action to ensure we are compliant with trading partners 

      * Researches fines for EDI related chargebacks – implements corrective actions if necessary 

      * Determines if there are data transmission errors and escalates them to outside contractor when necessary 

      * Maintains data in LX to facilitate the processing of orders without errors (Promotions and Deals, Special Pricing Files, Customer Cross References and Ship To’s in LX and in Trading Partner Entity files 

      * Studies best practices and recommends improvements to processes, systems, upgrades and services 

      * Maintain/monitor up-to-date files in customer masters 

      * Manual Order Entry if needed on EDI customer orders 

      * Manual ASN entry if necessary 

      * Work in customer portals retrieving orders, providing acknowledgement/acceptance of items, quantities, pricing and terms, ASN and creation of bookings and invoice 

      * Other customer service functions as needed.
