【工作內容】 一般例行事務性工作: 1. 雇主品牌維護及活動執行 (包含招募社群平台之經營:分析數據擬定優化策略、圖文製作) 2. 校園關係維護(規劃執行各項校園合作徵才活動，前置與後續處理相關事宜) 3. 協辦招募活動(校園專題講座、中大型面試活動等) 專業相關實務工作: 1. 年度校園徵才專案管理與執行(包含說明會、面試、活動規劃、經營預算與收支、成效評估…等相關安排) 2. 協辦年度實習生專案(規劃關懷活動並建立維繫良好關係、執行報表分析提供量化策略) 【工作目標】 ※近程目標：認識企業人力組織、協辦招募年度專案、可獨立操作招募系統工具 ※中程目標：可獨立執行部分的一般例行事務性及專案類型工作，並且提供執行回饋之報告與建議 ※遠程目標：熟稔公司發展目標並能主動回饋與建議招募策略等，評估團隊人力需求後提供予以轉正機會 【工作計畫】 0-3 月: 協辦實習生活動規劃、校園專題講座; 現有社群平台數據分析、提案潛力社群平台 4 -6月: 協辦春季校園徵才活動(主題發想、時程規劃、校園接洽窗口、廠商接洽窗口) 6 –12月: 社群平台廣告投放、年度主題規劃; 維護校園經營關係(校園專案、系學會等) 【招募條件】 工具使用: Microsoft Office 365 ( Word/Excel/PPT)、Adobe Creative Cloud(PS/Illustrator/Indesign)、影片剪輯軟體操作一般商業學類,企業管理學類,人力資源學類

Senior Employee Relations Specialist
As an Employee Relations Specialist at Micron, you will be responsible for partnering with employees and leadership to provide consultation on various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations. You will consult and advise course of action on issues of employment law including harassment and discrimination, EEO, and performance management. You will also respond to employee issues, conduct investigations, participate in the resolution process, escalate as required, and ensure appropriate and adequate communication and documentation is in place. You will actively manage employee relations related investigations and consultations through the global case management system. You will also manage turnover surveys and conduct Exit Interviews with resigning team members. You will monitor and/or assist in separations, severance and restructuring activities to ensure compliance to the globally aligned separation and restructuring processes. You shall establish and maintain networks with country, regional and Corporate ER counterparts, union officers and representatives, people managers and employees. In particular, you are expected to participate in union-related interactions to encourage and support a healthy relationship between union leaders and the company. Related to Micron‘s Compliance program, you will also be responsible for supporting and promoting the Micron Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and the RBA Code of Conduct, and monitoring sites for meeting Corporate standards for Social Responsibility (SR). You will assist sites in preparation for SR audits on areas related to Labor, Human Rights and to a certain degree, Ethics. Such activities include completing customer questionnaires, knowledge sharing of Micron’s SR position and standard or common responses, sharing lessons learnt, implementing best practices, reviewing related policies and procedures etc. You will help prepare and coordinate review of responses to SR audit findings related to Labor, Human Rights and Ethics, working with respective owners and obtaining any required approvals. You will track of closure to these SR audit findings and audit-related milestones, including any committed corrective or preventive actions. Additional responsibilities will include immigration compliance, report development, data analysis, unemployment responses, employee advocacy, development and instruction of EEO related classes, HR Sox compliance, HR audits, government required reports, corporate activities, and other duties as assigned.
SR. MANAGER, SITE HRBP - F11
Description: The Site HRBP drives and leads the site’s people strategy and initiatives at the Site VP leadership level. Partners with business leaders on the development of long term goals of the site’s structure and talent strategy. Coaches and develops business leaders. Maintains strategic alignment between Global HRBP, country HRBP, site HRBP, site leadership and HR, ensuring HR programs and plans are aligned to businesses priorities and collaborates with HR Services and SME to influence the design and implementation. Talent Acquisition - Recruiter 人力資源任用管理師
The Taiwan Talent Acquisition (TA) is an integral part of the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team, we have a large team of recruiting professional who recruit between 700 to 900 positions each year. We are looking for a recruiter who has hands-on end to end recruitment experience in recruiting for banking and finance professionals. You will be a trusted partner who provide end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process, you will also influence hiring decisions by sharing business insights of the external talent market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Consult with clients to develop appropriate sourcing strategy, such as internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment 2. Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to hiring managers 3. Partner with respective Human Resource Advisors, compensation leads, and hiring managers to prepare reasonable and fair offers for internal and external talent 4. Research markets and peer organizations to identify candidates, and provide positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates 5. Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities 6. Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates 7. Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process 8. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm‘s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Citi has entered into an agreement with DBS to acquire its consumer bank in Taiwan which includes credit cards, loans, retail banking, and wealth management. The sale is expected to complete in July 2023 . As this is a role to work in Citi’s consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to DBS that will employ Citi’s consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to DBS.
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing full function HR as regional PM role in HQ to support and coordinate foreign subsidiaries setup projects and general management of Garmin foreign entities in Asia.
