1.負責製造生產等廠務之統籌。 2.管控廠內之生產排程、交期及產量。 3.負責產線作業之規劃與管理，以提升產能降低成本。 4.確實執行生產目標，並達成各項生產指標。 5.負責所管轄人員的工作監督與績效考核。 6.負責廠務管理（如：設備保養與管理、廠區規劃與管理）。 7.負責工廠人員管理（如：招募、培訓、考核、勞工關係協調） 8.生產機台操作學習.故障排除.需從基層開始培訓 9.初期台灣總公司培訓，後續須派駐海外廠。當任班長,組長開始歷練 10.海外派駐提供食宿及返台探親假另有派駐津貼

1. SMT/DIP產線巡檢。 2. SMT/DIP紙版文件/電子系統文件簽核。 3. SMT/DIP 工廠日誌審核。 4. SOP/作業要領書/作業手順/PFMEA/製造流程/工藝卡/工時表 審核。 5. SMT/DIP經營會議資料製作。 6. SMT/DIP客戶稽核對應及稽核缺失對策回覆。 7. SMT/DIP生產品質/設備異常處理。 8. 產品可行性評估會議參與。 9. SMT/DIP新產品試作檢討相關會議參與。 10. SMT/DIP線設備及軟體評估主導。 11. SMT/DIP線人員管理、教育訓練實施。 12. SMT/DIP產線試作問題點審核。 13. 代理副理工作,參與外部會議及跨部門協調。 1. SMT/DIP production line inspection. 2. Approval of paper-based and electronic system documents for the SMT/DIP production lines. 3. Review of the SMT/DIP factory logs. 4. Review of SOPs, operating instructions, work procedures, PFMEA, manufacturing processes, process cards, and work time tables. 5. Preparation of management meeting materials for the SMT/DIP production lines. 6. Response to customer audits for the SMT/DIP production lines and approval of corrective actions for audit discrepancies. 7. Handling of production quality and equipment abnormalities in the SMT/DIP production lines. 8. Participation in product feasibility evaluation meetings. 9. Participation in new product trial production review meetings for SMT/DIP. 10. Leading the evaluation of SMT/DIP line equipment and software. 11. Management of SMT/DIP line personnel and implementation of training. 12. Review of issues encountered during trial production on the SMT/DIP production lines. 13. Acting as the Assistant Manager, participating in external meetings and cross-departmental coordination.

1. 負責印度廠採購單位，有效執行採購作業並達成部門績效。 2. 負責所有雜項(直材以外)的採購需求，包含新廠房裝修工程、生產設備(SMT, 組裝線)、當地所有部門的零雜、維修、 耗材等採買需求。 2.1配合需求單位對供應商評估交流方案 2.2詢比議價, 整體成本商務條件議定 2.3審核採購合約與驗收付款 3. 配合集團策略開發當地供應商(直材)，進行合格供應商管理，量產材料核價與試產物料跟進等相關流程。 4. 支援RD開發物料需求，協助PMC物料異常處理。 5. 前期外派印度, 後續回台灣後改以長期出差印度。

【自動化製程工程師】 ■ 生產線參數CPK數據彙整、追蹤 ■ 生產線SOP、PFMEA、CP文件撰寫、維護 & 培訓 ■ 生產線進行動作優化、提高生產效率及良率改善 ■ 產線產品不良分析、短/長期對策施做、跟進 ■ 客戶不良品分析、8D報告撰寫 & 改善對策跟進與落實 ■ 輔助設備工程師與設備商討論動作原理、驗證、測試…等項目 ■ 派駐印度廠 【Process Automation Engineer】 ■ Set process parameters, compile and review CPK data ■ Write production line SOP, PFMEA, control plan document ■ Deal with process abnormities ■ Analyze product defect loss, develop short/long term solutions ■ Write 8D reports & implement improvements ■ Support discussions between equipment engineers and vendors ■ Willing to work in India factory (Gurugram)
