*Dedicate stay in Mexico Factory to assist the factory operation and ensure revenue goal. 1.Manage projects from RFQ to mass production, overseeing all aspects of the process. 2.Host internal and extern.al project meetings to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical and manufacturing issues. 3.Take on a leading role in the project, coordinating with all function teams to drive successful outcomes. 4.Possess a deep familiarity with electronic system development, and hold a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 5.Familiarity with automotive industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 26262, and other relevant regulations would be considered a significant advantage.

1. Lead the team handling PCBA failures and technical issues. 2. Investigate root causes of PCBA defects and implement corrective actions. 3. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to prevent recurring issues. 4. Support new product introduction and ensure PCBA reliability. 5. Maintain troubleshooting guides, test procedure, and team training. 6. Track and report failure trends and improvement metrics. 7.Organize and supervise product maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts 8. Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe (MP/NPI) 9. Provide technical support to help solve process and quality maintenance problems 10. Provide RD/MFG quality analysis feedback. 11. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 12. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 13. Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 14.Regularly review and update the organizational KPI (QCDST) 15. MFG 7 wastes (slow moving / block inventory) Scrap management and Improvement plan.
