As the Global Total Rewards Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our total rewards strategy. Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Planning:
a. Develop and execute global compensation strategies to ensure competitive and
equitable pay practices.
b. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive salary
structures.
2. Payroll Management:
a. Oversee global payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with
local regulations.
b. Implement best practices for payroll processing and reporting.
3. Benefits & Employee Wellness:
a. Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health,
retirement, and wellness initiatives.
b. Promote employee wellness through innovative programs and resources.
4. Employee Relations:
a. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a
supportive work environment.
b. Implement policies and practices that enhance employee satisfaction and

5. Reward & Recognition:
a. Develop and implement reward and recognition programs that align with
company values and goals.
b. Ensure that recognition programs are inclusive and motivate employees at all
levels.
6. Employee Mobility Program:
a. Manage global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments and
relocations.
b. Ensure compliance with immigration and tax regulations.
