We are seeking a skilled Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounts receivable and general ledger functions, including month-end closing and reporting. 1.Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable and general ledger activities, ensuring timely month-end closing and accurate reporting. 2.Prepare and analyze financial reports and draft financial statements and related reports. 3.Collaborate with departments to streamline general ledger and accounts receivable functions, enhancing overall efficiency. 4.Coordinate with the HR team for the timely and accurate submission of payroll reporting. 5.Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition. 6.Advise sales on revenue recognition methods in accordance with FRS 115 and address related accounts receivable queries. 7.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external auditors.

Managing recruitment related projects such as hiring according to company manpower plan, execution of local & oversea recruitment career fairs and talent sourcing strategies. 2. Handle additional project assignments of recruitment and promote work related initiatives. 3. Establish vibrant college relations with local institutions. 4. Supervising the subordinates on daily recruitment operational tasks as well as handling related enquiries from different levels from stakeholders. 5. Strong contributor to the development of new recruitment strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company‘s future challenges. 6. Provide leadership to maintain consistent deployment of recruitment policy and practice, identifying inconsistencies and develop corrective actions. Act as a change agent by facilitating, managing and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure that it is communicated & executed effectively and accurately. 7. Represent the recruitment team to the rest of the company in the development and roll out of recruitment programs and policies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Accountant to manage and oversee corporate tax OR/AND GST responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Singapore Income Tax Acts, GST regulations, and possess effective communication skills for liaising with various departments and handling inquiries from IRAS. 1. Corporate Tax: - Perform tax calculations, tax filing and submit tax returns - Perform monthly tax forecasts and quarterly tax reporting. - Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate tax reporting. - Address and resolve inquiries from IRAS and user. - Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks related to corporate tax. - Analyse tax expenses include changes in the capital allowance and depreciation - Manage R&D claims and other tax matters. 2. GST: - Submit GST returns accurately and on time. - Advise on GST treatment and implement GST processes for complex transactions. - Conduct periodic GST health checks. - Handle GST-related inquiries from IRAS and user. - Assist the tax manager in implementing and maintaining tax compliance systems.
