【Job Overview】 The goal is to serve as the central nerve center of supply chain operations, monitoring real-time data to drive performance across Fulfillment Centers. The team forecasts demand, mitigates service risks, and optimizes end-to-end logistics (IB and OB) to ensure on-time, in-full delivery. Key responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, generating reports, and enhancing operational efficiency through proactive, data-driven decision-making. 【Key Responsibilities】 1.Monitor and publish comprehensive performance dashboards highlighting leading indicators for Fulfillment Centers (FCs). 2.Safeguard reliability by proactively identifying service risks and recommending mitigation strategies to the shift leader. 3.Organize data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel) to create dashboards and publish periodic performance reports. 4.Partner with other teams to align on daily processing activities. 【Essential Qualifications】 1.Bachelor‘s degree. 2.3+ years of Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or data analysis. 3.Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data tools (SQL, Excel), & experience in troubleshooting. 4.Data-driven, fast-paced, and capable of managing multiple priorities. 5.Basic communication skills – understand & speak Mandarin and English. 6.Attentive and quick to respond to emergencies. 【About Us】 Coupang is one of the fastest-growing and most innovative companies in the world, achieving the fifth-largest IPO in U.S. tech history.
