1. RFQ 階段配合BPM， 統籌專案時程， 整合資源，推動跨功能團隊協作, 爭取BA 2. RFQ 階段提供整體專案成本, 包含產品開發(NRE), 物料費用( BOM Cost), 生產MVA等 3. BA後確保設計時程及新產品導入 (NPI), 及定期報告整體專案進度 4. 管理專案風險，制定預防與應變計畫 5. 特殊事項處理，統籌內部BPM，RD，供應鏈，生產，品保等部門統一作為與外部客戶的溝通橋樑

電力系統仿真：400/800 V 匯流排IR-drop 電磁分析 4. 制定並維護設計規範與報告，支援跨部門電力系統分析。

1.負責伺服器電磁兼容相關產品設計、開發等工作，對線路原理圖、結構設計圖等進行評審，確保結構硬件設備符合電磁兼容標準，降低EMC風險. 2.負責伺服器產品的電磁兼容測試工作，制定產品測試計劃，完成產品電磁兼容測試及測試報告

1.主要負責導入生產自動化設備, 為了因應我司工業4.0方針, 進行自動化系統開發, 包含有自動化控制應用、視覺辨識系統、物流傳輸與中央監控系統。

1. 獨立負責服務器專案 PCB Layout方案評估， Placement，Constraint 設定，Routing與 Gerber out，全流程工作 2. 協助解决産品開發階段PCB廠,PCA廠生産問題（DFM/DFT）。 3. 專案Placement及走線評估。

伺服器/壓力/相容性測試, 韌體除錯 BIOS/BMC 測試 2. 執行業界標準驗證規範, 專案管理與技術溝通 3. 用軟體撰寫測試自動化

1. Lead RFQ Process: Manage request-for-quotation activities, including proposal review and calculation of NRE and unit costs. 2. Oversee NPI Performance: Drive overall New Product Introduction (NPI) production performance and troubleshooting to ensure a successful transition to mass production. 3. Manage NPI Projects: Ensure projects meet the required schedule, cost targets, and performance objectives. 4. Project Planning & Execution: Responsible for comprehensive project management, including planning, risk control, and facilitating the introduction of new products into mass production. This involves scheduling, engineering quality assurance, process control, coordination, and follow-up to meet client requirements. 5 .Develop SOPs and Guidelines: Establish and align standard operating procedures and process guidelines with clients for existing workflows. 6. 1. Lead the lead of firmware team for server project. 2. Study technical issue for project‘s needs. 3. Review & sign off requirement specification. 4. Review engineer design. 5. Review function/interface specification. 6. Review bug fixing. 7. Help the design and review the common definitions for debugging and profiling.
