GPU computation for mask defect detection. 2. Transformer/style transfer to simulate tool’s inspection images for inline defect check. 3. CNN for auto defect classification. 1. RFQ 階段配合BPM， 統籌專案時程， 整合資源，推動跨功能團隊協作, 爭取BA 2. RFQ 階段提供整體專案成本, 包含產品開發(NRE), 物料費用( BOM Cost), 生產MVA等 3. BA後確保設計時程及新產品導入 (NPI), 及定期報告整體專案進度 4. 管理專案風險，制定預防與應變計畫 5. 特殊事項處理，統籌內部BPM，RD，供應鏈，生產，品保等部門統一作為與外部客戶的溝通橋樑
