To oversee and optimize operational processes to achieve organizational goals by planning, executing, monitoring projects, Core responsibilities: 1. Project and program management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. 2. Cross-functional leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and other stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure alignment and collaboration. 3. Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverable. 4. Stakeholder communication: Provide clear updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, outcomes, and facilitate meetings. 5. Technical contribution: Apply technical expertise to contribute to identify problem, problem-solving, and decision making.

1.具備光學鏡頭光路設計、元件設計或系統設計能力 2.協助進行新項目的評估與開發，優化產品設計及製程問題 3.協助光學規格制定與DOE驗證 4.熟悉光學測試環境架設，滿足光學性能測定需求

1.電路設計與開發：負責數位與類比電路的設計，包括電路圖開發與驗證，與PCB Layout review。 2.元件選型與評估：選擇合適的電子零組件，並進行可靠性與性能評估。 3.產品打樣與除錯：組裝與測試樣品，分析與排除電路異常或性能問題。 4.硬體驗證與測試：撰寫測試計劃，使用示波器、邏輯分析儀等儀器進行功能與穩定性測試。 5.協同跨部門合作：與韌體、機構、製造及品保部門密切合作，確保產品整體開發進度與品質。 6.撰寫技術文件：完成設計報告、BOM 表、測試報告及其他相關技術文件。 7.新技術導入：持續追蹤硬體技術趨勢，導入新技術以提升產品競爭力。

具備三年以上相關經驗 1.新機種光學開發(光學設計/模擬/發版/材料選用) 2.新機種亮色度/外觀品味/量產性風險性評估 3.與客端技術規格檢討與協調 4.與廠內各單位檢討溝通協商 5.新機種BOM、相關系統流程資料作成&確認 6.機種試作(部材狀況/光學量測/機差比對)&送樣結果追蹤 7.機種各階段開發問題解析處理及報告作成、相關DOE設計與執行 8.新技術專案的承接&開發

1. 熟悉C#，應用於Unity開發 2. 完整專案經驗者 3. 完整App(iOS/Android)上架經驗 4. 熟悉 Git指令或熟悉 SoureTree 5. 分析需求,分析問題, 解決問題 6. 依團隊需求建立良好程式架構

1. 產品機構開發和3D結構設計, 設計方案綜合評估分析及模擬。 2. 產品零件2D創建和更新，產品BOM表創建和更新，模具DFM確認。 3. NPI 階段產線試產及可靠性測試的問題分析和解決方案。 4. NPI 階段參加與客戶每天的產品會議，負責彙報設計相關問題改善情況

1. Manage multiple software projects, responsible for schedule control, issue management, tracking, update and closure. 2. Perform risk management to minimize the project risks. 3. Proactive, closely collaboration and communication with clients & project team members. 4. Partner with PM and Tech Leaders to understand priorities across initiatives, and manage dependencies between teams. 5. Meeting with clients in English all the way.
