This role involves engaging with application users and collaborating with the development team to plan, define, execute, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer satisfaction and business needs. The position requires a hands-on approach, solid technical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective independent and collaborative work. Responsibilities: -Engage with users to understand their requests and pain points. -Manage the product backlog effectively. -Submit Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and bugs on TFS with detailed information for the development team. -Facilitate issue review meetings to address outstanding issues and drive resolutions. -Act as a liaison between user expectations and development feasibility. -Collaborate with customers and the development team to gather and define requirements. -Analyze customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to meet their needs.
