職責要求 1. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. 2. Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. 3. Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law. 4. Maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs. 5. Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. 6. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting to ensure complies. 7. Writes and delivers presentations to upper management or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices. 8. Oversees recruiting, testing, and selection process to fill vacant positions. 9. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. 10. Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. 11. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. 12. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. 13. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. 14. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. 16. Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier. Coordinates Safety Committee meetings. 17. Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate. 18. Prepares budget of human resources operations. 19. Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation. 20. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. 21. System/FATP Material: PCB, EE, ME parts 1. Supplier Assessment: Evaluate and qualify new suppliers by conducting audits, assessing their quality systems, and verifying compliance with standards. 2. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to address quality issues. 3. Root Cause Analysis: Work with suppliers to perform root cause analysis for defects or non-conforming materials and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions. 4. Supplier Development: Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure supplier quality aligns with company requirements and standards. 6.
