<Account manager> -Identify customer‘s requirement and provide APQP (Advanced product quality planning) data to internal team to develop solution for customers. -Update APQP, Quotation, Forecast, Follow up PO, Process sales order. -Execute all customer orders insuring that they are compliant with all customer requirements. -Communicate with customers, and coordinate technical and logistic with external and internal team in Asia. -Provide weekly sales report, monthly sales report, forecast report, comprehensive sale strategy report, AR reports, etc. -Support trade show event. -Provide backup support for the supervisor and team members. <Requirements and Qualifications> *At least one year of experience in related experience. *Ability to maintain and navigate records and databases *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail *Strong computer skills – Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint Fluent English in speaking, reading and written is required. •Manage the Automotive Contract Manufacturing (CM) project from RFQ to mass production, overseeing all aspects of the process. •Lead cross-functional teams to meet targets for schedule, milestones, build phases, cost, quality, and manufacturability. •Work with the R&D and Manufacturing (MFG) core teams to understand product requests and requirements. •Guide the execution of the project to ensure milestones and build phases are met, including budget control. •Manage and implement engineering changes. •Maintain strong partnerships with both customers and vendors. •Provide regular status updates to management. •Act as the interface between the R&D engineering team, the Manufacturing team, and customers.
