Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hybrid Infrastructure Solution Presales Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on designing, presenting, and promoting hybrid infrastructure solutions that combine Microsoft Azure cloud services with on-premises virtualization platforms, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), servers, and storage technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a technical evangelist, collaborating with sales teams to engage customers, understand their needs, and architect tailored solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design hybrid infrastructure solutions leveraging Azure, on-premises virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), AKS, server hardware, and storage systems.
· Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments to showcase the value of hybrid infrastructure solutions.
· Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business requirements, technical challenges, and IT environments, translating them into actionable solution proposals.
· Provide deep knowledge of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, AKS), on-premises virtualization platforms, container orchestration, server infrastructure, and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, object storage).
· Educate customers on the benefits of hybrid cloud strategies, including integration of Azure Arc, AKS hybrid deployments, and on-premises infrastructure modernization.
· Prepare detailed solution architectures, scopes of work, effort estimates on professional services and cost estimate on products, and technical documentation to support sales proposals and RFPs.
· Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in Azure, Kubernetes, virtualization, server, and storage technologies to position our solutions effectively.
· Work closely with product managers, engineers, and post-sales teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to post-sales implementation.
