What we are looking for The service team at Nova is looking for a Service Engineer to provide product support at Nova customers. In this role you‘ll be joining the Global Service Group at Nova. We provide service to a large-scale install base, at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. Responsible for training, installing, and supporting all Nova products at customer sites worldwide. We foster teamwork, excellence, and innovation, making customer success our main goal. What you will be doing • Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain, and support company systems in the field. • Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements. • Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. (Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training). • Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager. • Maintain company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time. • Assist in new equipment integration, “add-ons,” and upgrades. • Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers. • Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.

本職務主要負責半導體IC測試相關機台 1.撰寫IC測試程式、協助客戶程式或機台問題 2.提供客戶S/W與H/W的教育訓練 3.協助RD驗證新產品的特性

1.資訊服務台，提供資訊諮詢服務及資訊問題處理。 2.電腦系統軟硬體技術支援。 3.資訊設備維護及管理。 4.駐點人員管理。 5.資訊專案規劃與執行。 6.其他交辦事項。

1.派駐北部(科學園區-新竹.桃園.新北)半導體設備維護工程師，主要工作地點竹科台積電F20廠。 2.有設備查修邏輯思維或有意願學習者 3.設備保養、異常排除 4.須配合加班、On Call另提供津貼 5.可於駐廠當地上下班或住公司宿舍、有需要才進台中后里總部 6.辦公及宿舍地點於新竹竹科

1. 真空管清潔、洗滌塔機台設備(local scrubber)售後服務維修保養 2. 夜間假日需輪ON-CALL、值班 3. VIS-1,2機台維修保養，TSMC3、 TSMC12P8保固內機台維修保養，TSMC8 、TLSM合約作業

工作內容： 影音相關設備檢修安裝 主管交辦其它事務 工作態度誠懇，富積極進取心者 如具備機電相關工程經驗更佳 上班時間：上午8:30 至 下午17:30 通知面者請備證件： 汽車駕照

1.機械電控配線配盤。 2.場內機台試車安裝維護。 3.主要針對自動化設備的流程控制的規劃與設計，並進行電路設計、PLC、人機介面程式開發。 4.支援業務人員對客戶作控制系統及產品應用技術設明。 5.客戶提出之技術問題回覆及測試。 6.至客戶端作產品教育訓練。

工作內容： 1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support. 2. Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations, reports, documents, and technology demonstrations. 3. Support customer product development and design. 4. Support customer issue analysis, resolution and management. 5. On-site support for debugging or certification tests. 6. Cross-functional collaboration with Realtek internal resources. 徵才條件： 1. M.S. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 2. 3 to 5 years of progressive professional technical experience in IC design or related areas, direct experience in IC design house AE is preferred. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong written/verbal communication and negotiation skills with team spirit. 5. Being proactive and willing to take initiative. 6. Ability to work independently to achieve goals. 7. Ability to understand and explain technical issues and solutions to technical and non-technical personnel. 8. Higher Japanese skills(N1). Japanese customer support experience will be a plus. 9. Medium or higher English skills. 10. Familiarity with Ethernet protocols will be a plus. 11. Familiarity with the Automotive ecosystem will be a plus. 12. Experience of Linux will be a plus.
