What we are looking for The service team at Nova is looking for a Service Engineer to provide product support at Nova customers. In this role you‘ll be joining the Global Service Group at Nova. We provide service to a large-scale install base, at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. Responsible for training, installing, and supporting all Nova products at customer sites worldwide. We foster teamwork, excellence, and innovation, making customer success our main goal. What you will be doing • Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain, and support company systems in the field. • Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements. • Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. (Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training). • Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager. • Maintain company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time. • Assist in new equipment integration, “add-ons,” and upgrades. • Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers. • Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.

Job Purpose: The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible in achieving customer focused, operational support and field action to Getinge customers across Taiwan. The FSE is responsible to provide timely and market leading on-site service of all Getinge products include Getinge Infection Control portfolio located across both public and private hospitals along with Life Science / Pharmaceutical Industry. Key duties and responsibilities: 1. Life Science/ Infection Control washer disinfector and sterilizer installation / troubleshooting/ PM / Calibration work. 2. Performing examine and test of customer equipment and peripherals. 3. Schedule and perform planned maintenance activities on time. 4. Organizing the scheduling of testing and return/ storage of equipment. 5. Processing Tech Service processes and procedures via SAP and Oxando. 6. Maintaining service records and spare parts order/control. 7. Providing customer contact and remedial action in the field. 8. Provide technical support/training to customers. 9. Assisting with the installation, planning and testing of hospital implementations. 10. Awareness and alignment to Getinge QMS policies and procedures. 11. Observance and compliance with legislation and policies. 12. Success in this role is measured by service KPI level along with service sales achievement. 13. Provide pending case report and weekly plan regularly. 14. Promote service pan actively. 15. Any other reasonable duties as requested by Company. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 1. Bachelors / Science & Engineering degree / electrical / electronic / mechanical is preferred. 2. Electrical/mechanical knowledge and familiar with multi-meter operation etc 3. Basic understanding of English (reading/writing) 4. Familiar with Windows system operation Preferred condition: 1. Good communication and time management ability 2. Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills 3. Certification of First class pressure vessels operation and oven 4. Temperature and pressure calibration tools 5. Growing knowledge of the organization‘s products (or ability to learn) 6. Familiar with sterilizer and washer disinfector operation

Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for driving growth of revenue for defined strategic products or product group or for a defined market by actively managing a range of accounts and growth potential in the territory through developing and maintaining strong relationships and providing strong technical knowledge. With a clear focus on (early) seeding activities the goal is to successfully implement new strategic products into the market to achieve Sartorius group sales target for the specified products or product group or market. Sales Development Specialist will work in a strong collaboration with Account Management & Application Specialist, to manage the Opportunity lifecycle. An essential part of this role is the active use of our CRM system (SFDC) to manage sales activities and customer interactions effectively as this tool is the foundation of our sales framework and operational sales steering, and a key enabler for this role to achieve his/her targets as well as Sartorius targets. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: - Initiate and manage the full sales process (from lead generation to after sales, collaborate with FAS for trials, testing and confirmation) within the assigned territory and strategic product range, in close alignment with the Account Managers - Actively use SFDC to manage and document leads and opportunities, all customer interactions and sales activities ensuring that all customer and opportunity information is up-to-date and accurately entered in the CRM system - Analyze SFDC data for assigned customers to identify trends, generate customer insights and track sales performance - Maintain the CRM with relevant and up to date customer and sales opportunity information - Develop and achieve product / product group targets with a clear focus on seeding and spec in activities to drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities at customer site - Provide technical and commercial support to Account Managers and customers in relevant products and processes - Manage short-, mid- and long-term opportunity funnel and account portfolio to support short- and long-term product / market goals and navigate Customer‘s need to achieve a successful resolution - Identify, implement, and execute appropriate action plans to develop the business for strategic products or defined markets according to the Sales and Sartorius strategy Qualification & Skills: - Academic degree in life sciences or engineering (higher level of education would be beneficial) - Minimum 3 years field sales experience, with preferable laboratory / process based experience in Life Science - Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools Relevant technical knowledge and extensive industry knowledge (eg. Biotech, Pharma, etc.) - Experience in selling capital instrumentation and / or selling consumables / re-agents to clients in different sectors is a plus - Result-oriented and highly motivated - Capable of providing outstanding customer service - Ability to manage complex issues using innovation and processes - Excellent communication skills
