1.Job Description: We are seeking an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher to teach students in grades 7-12. The teacher will be responsible for assisting students in improving their English language skills, supporting course planning, managing classrooms, and participating in recruitment activities. 2.Main Responsibilities: (1).Teach ESL Courses: Teach ESL courses for students in grades 7-12, focusing on enhancing students‘ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. (2)Course Planning: Collaborate with the school team to develop ESL teaching plans tailored to the needs of students, ensuring course content helps students achieve their academic goals. Preparing lessons during off-class hours, including selecting and compiling teaching materials, writing lesson plans, creating teaching aids, grading assignments, and designing assessments. Arrange and conduct oral exams to assess students‘ speaking abilities and provide individual feedback. (3)Classroom Management: Maintain classroom order, create a positive learning environment, address student behavioral issues, and assist students in adjusting to the academic and social environment. (4)Participation in School Activities: Attending regular English teaching meetings. If needed, the ESL teacher should also attend Parent-Teacher Meetings and School Events / Sports Day / Celebrations. 3.Qualifications: (1)Educational Requirements: Graduated from a university in an English-speaking country. (2)Teaching Experience: At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, experience teaching at the junior high or senior high school level is a plus. (3)Language Proficiency: Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply to students. (4)Classroom Management Skills: Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a conducive learning environment and address student issues. (5)Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different cultural and school environments with a strong sense of responsibility and service. (6)Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in school events such as parent-teacher meetings and cultural exchange programs. 4.Required Documents (1). Original APRC/ARC document. (2). Educational and work experience documents (such as diploma, employment certificate, and qualification proof). (3). If you have certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other professional qualifications related to teaching. (4). Proof of expertise or special achievements (optional if unavailable). (5).
