• Partner with Franchise, Customer Management team and also Product Team to formulate business strategies and using data insights to drive Treasures Acquisition, Engagement and Transaction • Develop and maintain Control Tower, utilize Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive strategies deliver business outcomes. • Create visualizations and present clear, concise, and actionable insights to the key stakeholders, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results • Develop models and data insights to plan and drive the customer interactions

Conduct data analysis on operational performance and asset management; generate reports to support decision-making. 2. Participate in the optimization of operational standards and workflows; assist in product planning and execution. 3. Prepare data analysis reports and deliver presentations in management meetings. 4. Plan and drive projects, from analysis and proposal to execution and follow-up. 5. Assist in planning system requirements and collaborate with relevant departments to optimize system functionalities. 6. Utilize digital technologies and AI tools to enhance the execution and management of collection-related projects.

The Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for scientific programming in data validation, dataset transformation, and statistical analysis programming. Also, the Programmer supports data management or statistical activities for projects, if needed. Qualified individuals must have a bachelor‘s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, public health, or related field, or have 0-2 years of pharmaceutical experience in drug research and development. An advanced master’s degree is preferred. Knowledge of Statistical Application Software (SAS) or other programming language is required. The knowledge of Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) standards is preferred. 無工作經驗者月薪36000~42000元
