硬體與設備維護 1. 伺服器、儲存設備、機櫃、交換器維護與故障排除 。 2. 用戶端設備安裝與故障排除(PC、筆電、印表機、掃描器、視訊設備等)。 系統與網路管理 1. Windows Server / Linux 系統安裝、設定與維護。 2. 虛擬化管理(VMware vSphere)。 3. AD / DNS / DHCP / SharePoint 等服務管理。 4. 網路架構(LAN/WAN、VLAN、防火牆、VPN)及網路安全控管。 資料庫與備份 1. 基礎資料庫管理：Oracle / SQL Server等 操作、備份與還原。 2. 熟悉資料備份策略（Full / Incremental / Differential）及災難復原計劃。

1. MES規劃設計、模組功能建置、自動化整合與部署 2. 參與專案進行分析、設計、開發，確保未來系統之可靠性及運維能力 3. 了解工廠產線系統、人員、管理及運作機制，解決系統問題 4. 及時完成指定任務，合理安排資源、把控實際進度，協調相關部門及人員進行籌備 5. 協同應用程式開發團隊，設計、建置、實作具穩定性及可靠性的IT服務及自動化CI/CD 6. 維護MES系統正常運作、排除異常問題、新系統導入 7. 視專案需求，以英文進行MES解決方案介紹與溝通

1. System Implementation & Configuration: a) Deploy and configure MES solutions to meet manufacturing and process requirements. b) Ensure integration with ERP, PLC, and other factory systems. 2. Process Mapping & Digitization: a) Map production processes and translate them into digital workflows. b) Enable paperless production tracking and traceability. 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Data Collection: a) Ensure MES captures production data accurately (e.g., yield, downtime, WIP). b) Support dashboards and KPIs for operations visibility. 4. Support Production & Troubleshooting: a) Provide frontline support for MES issues on the production floor. b) Troubleshoot data, system, and interface errors. 5. System Maintenance & Upgrades: a) Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups. b) Coordinate MES software upgrades and patches. 6. User Training & Documentation: a) Train operators, engineers, and supervisors on MES functionality. b) Maintain clear documentation for MES processes and change control. 7. Compliance & Traceability: a) Ensure the MES supports traceability, quality checks, and regulatory compliance (especially important in automotive, medical, and aerospace sectors). 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
