【部門說明】 負責聯網產品開發及維運之核心團隊(10人以上)，近年來持續穩定拓展產品線，並透過大數據應用爭取額外business model創造營收。 【工作內容/角色】 邀請想共同開拓車聯網商務的伙伴加入我們，歡迎具備資訊或網通基礎知識的人才， 主要的工作內容如下： 1.以 TOYOTA/LEXUS 的車聯網系統為基礎，企劃並拓展車生活的聯網新商務，創造新營收 (服務介面包含Device、APP、Web)。 2.了解公司產品，針對潛在合作機會制定商業策略及獲利分析，向內、外部進行提案推動。 3.規劃基本系統架及流程，與合作廠商共同完成服務開發驗證、上線發佈等相關工作。 4.維運服務並定期進行效益分析報告，透過PDCA的流程持續改善。

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Strategic Marketing and Planning Team as a Strategic Operations Planning Engineer. This role plays a pivotal role in optimizing the company‘s resource allocation to achieve our strategic goals. You will collaborate across departments to analyze resource needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to propel the company towards optimal business operations. Responsibilities: - Strategic Resource Planning: Analyze capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, considering financial viability, alignment with strategic objectives, and impact on business operations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to gain insights into resource requirements and identify areas for optimization. - Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to assess resource utilization, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations for resource allocation. - Project Management: Support strategic project assignments by providing resource planning expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure project success. - Communication & Reporting: Clearly communicate complex resource planning data and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: - Master‘s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related Engineer field. - Understanding of the electronics and semiconductor industry. - Experience in resource planning, project management, or a related field (preferred). - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin. - Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.

1.熟悉SAP ERP 維運：負責SD、MM、PP、FI、CO、PLM、HCM其中一個或多個專業模組的日常維護、問題排除。 2.主導或配合第三方顧問公司，並參與新功能與新公司導入roll-out專案。 3.與異質性跨系統及程式效能調教整合任務。 4.有製造業 ERP、MES 系統經驗、Web Base系統開發及維護經驗佳。 5.具備 ABAP 或其他程式語言一項以上，並學習使用AI程式開發工具。 6.工作態度積極、負責，可獨立需求訪談、功能評估、技術評估、規劃解決、系統功能測試及驗證作業。 7.其他主管交辦任務執行。
