【工作內容】 1. AI內容生產執行與優化 參與公司AIGC內容生產流程，從劇本生成、影片製作到分發執行，確保AI工具應用的高效與輸出質量。 協助搭建與優化AI驅動的內容生產流程，支持編導、剪輯、運營等團隊的協同工作。 熟練運用主流AIGC工具（文生圖、文生視頻、AI配音、數字人等），完成內容生成與後期調整。 2. AI創意與劇本支持 使用大語言模型（如GPT類模型）進行選題策劃、劇本生成與文案優化，提升創意產能。 根據提示詞（Prompt）規範執行AI創作任務，並持續優化提示詞效果，確保內容符合創意與品牌調性。 協助編導團隊進行人機協作創意輸出，並對生成結果進行人工審核與修正。 3. AI影片與圖像製作 應用Sora、Runway、Pika、Midjourney等工具進行AI影片、圖像的生成與優化。 支持剪輯團隊進行AI素材拼接、精修、後期合成，確保產出內容達到視覺標準。 不斷測試與總結AI工具在生產流程中的效果，提出改進建議。 4. 數據反饋與內容優化 協助運營團隊收集與分析內容表現數據，並將結果反饋至創作端。 通過數據結果優化AI生成策略，推動“數據驅動創作”流程的完善。 探索AI在內容分發、受眾洞察及IP運營中的應用，提升內容價值。 【任職要求】 1. 具備2年以上AIGC內容創作、AI視頻或圖像生成相關經驗。 2. 熟練掌握主流AIGC工具（如Runway、Pika、Midjourney、ElevenLabs等），能展示相關作品。 3. 對提示詞工程（Prompt Engineering）有基本理解，能撰寫與調整Prompt以優化生成結果。 4. 具備內容生產執行力，能將創意拆解為可執行的AI生產步驟。 5. 熟悉AI影片、圖像或文案生成的基礎工作流。 6. 具備一定的數據分析意識，能根據內容表現提出優化方向。 7. 對AI生成內容的版權與倫理風險有基本認知。 8. 若具備多模態內容創作經驗或有成功AI內容項目案例者優先。 【加分項目】 1. 熟悉 多模態大模型（如GPT-4o、Claude、Gemini、Flux等） 的應用與Prompt調教技巧。 2. 能夠運用 AI工具串接（API / Workflow Automation / Chatbot設計） 提升生產效率。 3. 熟悉 AI影像後製軟體整合（如After Effects + Runway、Premiere + Pika、ComfyUI等工作流）。 4. 了解 AI語音合成、虛擬人、Lip-sync生成 等新技術，有實際操作經驗。 5. 具備 完整AI內容製作案例（從腳本→生成→剪輯→上線） 6. 追求效率與品質平衡，對內容表現結果（點擊率、完播率、互動率）具備責任感 7. 能與編導、剪輯、運營等不同背景同事順暢合作，理解AI在各環節的角色（協作及跨領域溝通）

職責要求 Production Oversight & Reporting 1. Act as headquarter’s on-site representative and primary liaison with the contract manufacturer. 2. Monitor daily production activities to ensure builds meet schedule commitments and SLA expectations. 3. Record production status and output in the official Production Tracker / Logbook with accuracy and timeliness. 4. Identify and escalate risks or delays in the production schedule before they impact delivery timelines. 5. Software engineering 6. Unit configuration: Set up our software stack in production systems, conduct factory acceptance testing, and coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely readiness. 7. Tablet configuration: Remotely provision and configure the tablet with our software stack, then perform integration testing to ensure it is production-ready. Quality Control & Assurance 1. Serve as a second layer of defense for product quality by performing QC checks on finished goods. 2. Verify that systems meet headquarter’s build requirements, functional standards, and documentation criteria. 3. Document defects, coordinate rework, and ensure corrective actions are executed by the contract manufacturer. Logistics & Inventory Coordination 1. Coordinate outgoing shipments of finished goods, replacement units, and parts. 2. Manage the return or shipment of defective components for analysis or replacement. 3. Monitor inventory levels of key components and materials to ensure production readiness. 4. Work closely with headquarter’s Global Supply & Logistics Manager to avoid shortages or bottlenecks. 5. Cross-Functional Communication 6. Act as a communication bridge between the contract manufacturer and headquarter’s internal teams, including supply chain, hardware engineering, and software engineering. 7. Communicate engineering updates, new requirements, or changes in build procedures to the contract manufacturer. 8. Provide structured feedback to internal teams regarding manufacturability issues, recurring defects, or potential product improvements. 任職資格 1. experience in software development related to robotics, electronics, and embedded systems. 2. Over 2 years of experience in Python and shell scripting. 3. Solid experience with Linux, particularly the Ubuntu flavor. 4. Experience with remote access management protocols like SSH and VNC. 5.Good foundational networking skills, including diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, configuring routers and switches, and troubleshooting common VPN setups. 6. Experience performing quality control or testing of electronics products. 7. Familiarity with production workflows, work orders, and scheduling. 8. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Spanish language proficiency. 2. Experience coordinating shipments or working with logistics workflows. 3. Hands-on experience working in a factory, assembly line, or manufacturing operations environment. 4. Ability to work independently on-site while maintaining strong communication with remote internal teams. 5. Knowledge of inventory management practices or ERP systems.
