Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain open communication channels with homeroom students and their families. Coordinate with subject teachers to monitor and support student progress. Teach assigned subjects based on your expertise, such as math, science, social studies, English, foreign languages (Japanese, French, Spanish), business, or Chinese as a Second Language (CSL). 1）國小生1-2年級課業輔導（小班制教學），確保學生學習進度（國語注音，筆順） 2）掌握每位學生學習狀況。每日回饋學生學習狀況/作業完成度給家長。 3）執行班控管理，以及負責教室清潔打掃。 5）每週二下午2:30需參加課輔老師會議。
